About the architect

Eduardo Valenzuela Badillo

40+ years designing spaces that belong to people.

Mission

Designing and make habitable the spaces where can people carry out their lives.

Whether for the most modest person or the most sophisticated executive, the commitment is the same: to create functional, dignified spaces. From the most basic — housing — to the most complex environments for work, sport, healthcare, entertainment, and culture.

Vision

A future where everyone can reach their dream — regardless of their means.

The rapid rise in construction costs has put that dream out of reach for many families. Through efficient design and the optimal use of available resources, good architecture can make it possible — and that is worth building a practice around.

"I want the results of my work to leave a mark on society — not out of vanity, but to show that it is possible to do this work well without harming anyone. Quite the opposite."

Values

What guides every project.

Quality & Honesty

Above all else. They are the foundation of every decision, from the first sketch to the final handover.

Innovation & Creativity

Original solutions that strengthen our culture and respond to the real needs of each project and each site.

Equal Service

The same level of attention and care for the most modest client as for the most demanding — without exception.

Environmental Commitment

Design with respect for the environment, conservation, and sustainability as non-negotiable principles.

Goals

The purpose behind the work.

Personal

That my work helps make the dreams of my family and friends a reality.

Even if it requires much greater effort. The work has to carry meaning beyond the commission.

Professional

That the results of my work leave a lasting mark on society.

Not out of vanity or pride, but to show that it is possible to do good work without harming anyone — and in fact, helping the community, the environment, and ourselves in the process.

The Architect

Forty years of listening to the land — and to the people who'll live on it.

Eduardo Valenzuela Badillo has led more than 120 residential, hospitality, and commercial projects across the coasts of Baja California and the United States. Every project begins with a site walk, not a software file.

His work is defined by restraint: each home is built to disappear into the landscape it came from and to outlast whoever drew it.
